A metal craftsman’s approach
to a down-home product

Tim Odell has been working with metal in central Washington for 25 years, from truck racks to custom-crafted architectural features. He builds everything to exceed requirements and to last.

One thing Tim and his neighbors love is gathering around outdoor fires to share food, drink, and conversation. Some folks build a fire in a ring of stones. That works in a rustic setting, if you can contain the sparks, but not on a patio or with snow on the ground. In the last decade or so, stamped-metal fire pits became widely available. Problem solved — if you don’t mind replacing them every few years when they rust through.

But Tim looked at those flimsy, thin things and thought, “I can do better.” HotSpot Fire Pits is the result.

Every HotSpot fire pit is made in Washington with 3/16'' or thicker carbon steel. They’re heavy, solid, and will last a long, long time. They’re also beautiful in a minimalist, form-follows-function way. They stand on three stout legs for stability and feature an outer ring for carrying or for resting your feet (it remains remarkably cool). If you appreciate old-fashioned quality and durability, you’ll love your HotSpot fire pit.
